At Korzinka, we work hard to bring you the best prices every day. But if you find an identical product at a lower regular price somewhere else after shopping with us, we’ll make it right. Our Narxiga Javob (Price Guarantee) programme gives you the difference back as bonus points on your Korzinka loyalty card.
The programme is available to all Korzinka loyalty card holders who shop at any Korzinka, Korzinka Mahalla, or Korzinka Go location. Here’s how it works:
- Buy a qualifying product at any Korzinka store.
- Spot a lower regular price for the exact same product (same brand, name, size, weight, and quantity) at another store or online retailer** in Uzbekistan.
- Submit a claim through the Korzinka app or website within 7 days of your purchase. Attach your Korzinka receipt and proof of the lower price (details below). The date when the lower price was identified must not exceed 3 days from the date indicated on the Korzinka receipt. Example:
Case 1: You purchased product N at Korzinka on 15.03.2026 for 10,000 UZS. At a retail outlet from the list**, you found that the same product N costs 9,000 UZS on 17.03.2026. In this case, take a photo of the price tag confirming the lower price and submit an application through the Korzinka app or website by March 21. In this case, your application will be accepted and reviewed within the framework of the Program.
Case 2: You purchased product N at Korzinka on 15.03.2026 for 10,000 UZS. At a retail outlet from the list**, you found that the same product N costs 9,000 UZS on 18.03.2026. In this case, even if the application is submitted by March 21, it will not be possible to confirm the price’s validity, and Korzinka may reject the application. - We’ll review your claim and get back to you within 5 business days. If approved, we’ll credit the price difference as bonus points straight to your loyalty card.
We need to be able to verify the price you found, so we require a photo of the price tag/receipt or a screenshot from the online store showing that the price at the listed retail outlets** in Uzbekistan is genuinely lower than the price of the same product* purchased at Korzinka.
Not accepted:
- Screenshots from messenger apps;
- Any other unacceptable forms.
A few other things to know:
- We compare regular shelf prices only. Promotional prices, discounts, coupons, loyalty redemptions, bundle deals, clearance or liquidation pricing at the other store don’t count.
- The lower price must come from a store or online retailer** operating in Uzbekistan.
- Korzinka reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a given retail outlet qualifies for this programme.
- Compensation is paid in bonus points only, so there is no cash alternative is available.
- Bonus points earned through this programme expire 1 calendar month from the date they are credited.
- Total compensation is capped at 200,000 UZS per customer per calendar month.
- If a product from the “Narxiga Javob” catalog has been returned, no compensation will be provided for it.
- Incomplete or illegible submissions, or materials that don’t meet the proof requirements above, may result in your claim being declined. If that happens, we’ll let you know why.
- We may ask you for additional information or materials to verify your claim.
- Korzinka may process the data and materials submitted as part of a claim to the extent necessary to verify programme conditions and make a decision.
- We may amend, suspend, or discontinue this programme at any time. Any changes take effect when the updated Terms are published on the Korzinka website and/or app, unless a later date is specified

** This list has been compiled based on the retail outlets whose prices we are currently able to verify and confirm in practice. If a particular name is not included in the list, the customer may submit a request to add it through the contact channels indicated on the website or in the application. The decision to include or not include a name in this list is made by Korzinka.
